If you lose an item on board the aircraft or in the air terminal, you can contact by e-mail to infopoint.suf@sacal.it containing:

• Detailed description of the lost item (color, make, model and any details useful for recognition);
• date and time of loss;
• flight used (flight number/origin/date);
• location where it was allegedly lost
• contact information.

The staff member in charge will contact you with the appropriate information.

The terminal staff office for lost property is located on the second floor of the passenger terminal, is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
